Loyal Guests Receive Accommodation Discounts

LOYAL GUESTS RECEIVE ACCOMMODATION DISCOUNTS

Loyal guests are entitled to the following discounts based on their stay history.

Classification Bronze Silver Gold
A) Based on previous bookings x1 x2 x3
or      
B) Based on total booking value 0-200,000 HUF 200,000-500,000 HUF Over 500,000 HUF
The higher classification between A) and B) will be considered      
Discount during summer months and holiday periods* 5% 7% 9%
Discount during other periods** 5% 10% 15%

Holiday periods in 2025:

  • 2025.04.17 - 2025.05.04-ig / MAY 1.

  • 2025.06.06 - 2025.06.09-ig / "Pünkösd"

Bronze Discount Level

  • Eligibility: Guests who have previously stayed with us are entitled to the Bronze discount on their next booking.

  • Discount: 5% off the accommodation fee for all bookings.

Silver Discount Level

  • Eligibility: Must meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • Has booked at least twice before

    • Meets the previous booking criteria

  • Discount:

    • 7% off during summer and holiday periods

    • 10% off during other periods

Gold Discount Level

  • Eligibility: Must meet at least one of the following criteria:

    • Has booked at least three times before

    • Meets the previous booking criteria

  • Discount:

    • 9% off during summer and holiday periods

    • 15% off during other periods

Loyalty Program Operation

  • The loyalty levels are determined once a year in January, and eligible guests are notified via email.

  • Each guest receives a unique coupon code, which must be entered when booking to apply the discount automatically.

  • The assigned loyalty level remains fixed for the calendar year and applies to bookings made between February 1 and January 31 of the following year.

  • Whether a booking falls within a peak period is determined based on the arrival date.
